Roles in Our Office

Patient Care Coordinator

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you are the first and last impression of our office. This role includes welcoming patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, collecting payments, coordinating patient flow, and helping ensure each visit runs smoothly from start to finish. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with talking to people, and committed to providing excellent patient care with a positive, helpful attitude.

Optometric Technician

As an Optometric Technician in our full-scope optometry office, you play a key role in preparing patients for a thorough and efficient eye exam. This role includes gathering patient history, performing preliminary testing, taking diagnostic images, assisting with contact lens training, documenting accurately in the medical record, and helping the doctor and team keep patient care running smoothly. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, eager to learn, comfortable with technology, and committed to providing excellent care in a fast-paced environment.

Optician

As an Optician, you play an important role in helping patients see and look their best. This role includes assisting patients with frame selection, explaining lens options, taking accurate measurements, placing and tracking optical orders, adjusting and repairing eyewear, and ensuring glasses are completed correctly and delivered with excellent service. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, comfortable with sales and patient education, and committed to helping each patient find eyewear that fits their vision, lifestyle, and budget.
