At Socorro Family Eye Care, you will have the tools, support, and patient base needed to practice full-scope optometry at a high level. Our office is equipped with visual field testing, OCT and fundus photography, corneal topography, autophoropters, IPL, LLLT, and in-house lens edging.
Our doctors are supported by scribes and a dedicated team that helps patient care run smoothly and efficiently. With a schedule of approximately 2–3 patients per hour and the potential for a full schedule from the start, this opportunity allows a doctor to step into a busy, established practice while still providing thoughtful, relationship-based care.

Salary range is $150,000-$200,000 plus a production bonus. Salary is negotiable.
Benefits include PTO, 401(k) with employer matching, uniform benefits if desired, unlimited unpaid time off, CE allowance, malpractice insurance, AOA and NMOA dues, and sign-on bonus. We are also open to discussing additional benefits that would help support the right doctor’s professional and personal goals.
